The British Institute has been training homeopaths since 1987. Some of our students are professional people such as doctors, chiropractors, and health care professionals, who are interested in adding complimentary and alternative medicine to their healing modality. Others are young mothers, retired persons, and individuals wishing to change vocations, as well as high school graduates who wish to pursue their desire to become healers.

There are various reasons people are unable to travel but they are still able to fulfill their alternative medical education through our home study courses. Some students are entrusted with the care of minor children or the elderly, some students must work on weekends and some may have health problems so they cannot attend classes. Some students just prefer to take advantage of our excellent quality education at our affordable prices. We now have Karen Allen’s Virtual Clinic’ and the Homeopathic Symposium, so our students can now start their case taking studies at home working with real (cured) cases, and real people. These cases are overseen by professional homeopaths. This builds confidence and experience in the viewing and understanding of case taking.
