Simply put, essential oils can be used to enhance health as well as the quality of life. Aromatherapy is an ancient yet timely and stunningly modern approach to total well-being that is in tune with nature. The term "aromatherapy" was coined by French chemist Rene Gattefosse's to describe the physical and mental benefits experienced when people are exposed to pure essential oils derived from aromatic plants.
