In 1996 the Center For Natural Wellness was created to provide surrounding communities with quality alternatives to medical treatment through massage therapy, acupuncture, and natural medicine.

The Center For Natural Wellness recognized the need for competent, caring professional massage therapists to meet the growing demand and created the Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy (CNWSMT) in 1998 to provide the high standards of education for students seeking a career in therapeutic massage and bodywork.

Our program provides students with the opportunity to grow personally and examine their own relationship to self and others in a supportive environment. They are encouraged to bring mindfulness and awareness to each moment in order to experience their lives more completely. This balancing of body, mind and spirit naturally allows health and wellness to arise.

The CNWSMT believes that alternative healing techniques including therapeutic massage will continue to play a vital role in preventive medicine and that massage therapists will work hand-in-hand with the traditional medical establishment in the 21st century to create a new model of wellness.
